Hi, I’m Judy. I’m a stay-at-home mum with three children and really too many animals (I’ve been threatened with divorce if I rescue any more!). I’ve started this website to share my experiences of teaching and to hopefully help save some teacher-time for anyone that is reading this in their break looking for inspiration for teaching Language Arts.
I love creating teaching materials and after sharing them at work for years I’ve decided to share them with a wider audience.
I’ve been teaching since 1990 as an ESL English teacher and MFL teacher. I have degrees in Spanish and English as well as a degree in French. I’ve taught in primary school through to fortune 500 companies with my own company but I was forced to give up work in 2011 when I was suddenly paralysed from a disk exploding in my back. I’ve recovered and am very active, I’m hoping to get back into clasroom teaching soon. Meanwhile I’ve channeled my energy into making worksheets and materials for other teachers. I’ve learned that life is very short and you need to spend it giving the children the best of you not re-inventing the wheel!
I hope you find something useful to take away. If you’ve got any suggestions for things you’d like me to make then just get in touch with my contact form. I make them for free for the person who suggests a resource. I also offer all my worksheets for free to my email list members for testing and feedback. To get on the list just join my mailing list in the sidebar.
Thanks for looking!
